Job description

The Head of partnerships will help build our advertiser business with day-to-day communication, strong relationships, and growth strategies. 
A key role in expanding our business, building and growing an important monetization engine, this position entails focus on account management through building strong relationships to maximize growth, up-selling, performance analysis, technical support, and optimization, working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D Teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive education on our brand, mission and product and share marketplace feedback and best practice to guide our advertising strategy.

  • Engage with senior-level brand representatives and inspire action, cultivate and grow relationships.

  • Identify marketing opportunities for brands to convert them to new advertisers. 

  • Grow revenue from existing accounts and clients.

  • Performance and technical focal point for product integration, best practices and overall account operations.

  • Campaign management and optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings. 

  • Collaborate with internal operations and engineering teams on the implementation and management of various monetization products.


  • Sales oriented, strong ability to negotiate.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers.

  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.

  • An independent, entrepreneurial mindset that’s equally strong in ideation and execution.

  • Details oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.

  • Ability to work fully remote (if based in the US) or hybrid (if based in IL).

  • Excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus.

  • Experience in working for a US based affiliate/publisher/ad platform as an account manager – a strong advantage. 

  • Experience in a startup environment – a strong advantage. 

  • Native English level – MUST.

  • The position may require traveling (in a post COVID world).
